Donnie is wearing his finely painted high top sneakers and skeleton Halloween costume (pretty sure I had the same exact one when I was a kid and need to see about getting a man-sized set for myself)! His hoodie is cut from the sleeve of an old grey shirt that felt worthy of sacrifice and his hair is carved from hot glue to give him the early 2000s shaggy teenage hairdo! Donnie a hero we can believe in!

This bunny suit wearing clairvoyant is made up of an old kitchen towel with his mask being fashioned out of hot glue and painted with that oh-so eerie expression he wears. If you find yourself face to face with this nightmare and he's telling you how to save the universe from collapsing then I'd probably give him a listen!
