Since these groovy ghoulies, Ezra, Gus, & Phineas, were spray-painted black and then again painted with a layer of neon green I was able to source from all of my scraps of fabric in order to create their Victorian era costumes. Jackets, overcoats, hats, travel bag, ball & chain, beards/mustaches/sweet hairdos and every single other minute detail was created by hand then coated with several layers of black and green paint, then finished with hand painted facial expressions!
